Join the Junior Club for Jazz in the National Gallery of Art SCulpture Garden on June 5th from 5:30 – 8:00pm.
The concert starts at 5pm if you want to show up right on time, but we’ll be gathering around 5:30pm. We’ll have light snacks, and additional food and drinks are available for purchase.
If anyone with an extra picnic blanket can bring it along, that would be much appreciated! We’ll be claiming a space and posting on this event to let folks know where we are, so keep an eye on the event updates to find us

Join us for an exciting after-hours tour of the Smithsonian Natural History Museum’s Hall of Human Origins. Opened in 2010, the Hall of Human Origins is one of the Smithsonian’s newest permanent exhibition halls. The tour will be led by our very own Briana Pobiner (Anthropology ’97), who heads the Human Origins Program’s education and outreach efforts. This is the Club’s fourth outing to the Hall of Human Origins under Briana’s sponsorship and past participants have raved about the tour. Many thanks to Briana for inviting us back again for an encore of this popular event!
